Dry erase Marker stains on clothing...HELP!!!!?

Ok so my fiance and I just went out and bought our childrens summer wordrobe. We let my son wear one of his new air Jordan outfits. Within two hours of wearing like all of the rest of them, the shirt is ruined! My 3 year daughter decides to take advantage of her easle prevledges and use her 4 year brother as one instead. She wrote all over the back of his shirt in black dry erase marker!!! The shirt is red. Please help. I have tried shout, and spray n wash along with a scoop of oxy in each load!! There must be something!! Its a $32 shirt. I hate to see it only get 2 hours of use.
