Please Help! I'm addicted to sleeping to sleeping pills!!?

I take 7.5 mg of Imovane every night. Generic it is Zopiclone, they are small and blue and leave quite the metallic aftertaste in the morning. I have taken them nightly for the last 3 years. Is there ANY way I can stop taking them??? I have tried other drugs but they are ineffective. I don't abuse these pills and I use them as prescribed...but I REEEEALLY want to break my dependency to them...does anyone have any suggestions?
