Would these size of Tendon and Fetlock boots fit my pony? :)?

Hi , would a pair of Royston Tendon and Fetlock Boots, cob size fit my coby-ish 13.2hh pony? I have him in a cob sized bridle, and i got him a pair of hind brushing boots last year and i THINK they were cob sized as well. Thanks :)
