GNATS???????? HELP ME GET RID OF THIS OMGOGMOGMOGM:'(?

Sorry but this is really disgusting and I really hate bugs and they're like mutating all over my bed and I'm not sure how they're mutating so quickly everytime I kill a bunch it's ALWAYS THERE!!
