I bough t used toilet paper off of ebay It had brown stains!!!!!!?

i bought it knowing it was open . Since the seller was 100 percent positive i didn't think he would have used it. When i got it in the mail Brown spots were all over it. Part of it was ripped. And Bugs were on it. I purchased the toilet paper for 22 cents....... What should i ever do... Should I Use It!! AKA Never buy toilet paper off of EBay..
