Is there any way to reduce the size of my ?

i know everyone likes bragging how they have a large but the truth is not very many people do. I have an 11 inch and i absolutley hate it. It is always the centre of every joke and i get way to embarressed to think of anything to say back. My friends will make fun of me at social occasions and girls will giggle watching my face get red as i sulk flustered back into my chair. People keep telling me its an advantage but i have yet to even kiss a girl. Is there any way i can make this thing smaller?
