Which will be better doing job or studying MBA?

Hi! readers. I have completed my M.Com(Finance) and did Accounting packages(Tally,Focus,Wings,Ex-Next generation) course for 6 months. Now Iam working as an accountant for one organization from last 6 months. Now i wanted to do MBA for better jobs. If i do MBA i have to leave my job because lot of companies will give priority to regular MBA students for recruiting. Every year lot of students coming from colleges with MBA certificates but they are getting good jobs or not i don't know. My problem is already i have PG(M.Com) and iam doing job also, If i took decision of leaving job and go to college for MBA it will be right decision for my future or not? or else i should continue my job and leave the thought of doing MBA and satisfy with my M.Com? Some people opinion is M.Com also equal to MBA because they both courses have similar syllabus. Please help me guys Be patience and give me clear explanation about this. It's my life's important decision. I will chose best answer if you gave me patronized solution. Plssss............ :/
